GMN offers free and paid Premium plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method through our payment processor (Stripe)
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the billing period

4. Content & Intellectual Property

All original series, episodes, audiobooks, artwork, and other content published by GMN is our intellectual property and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

5. User-Generated Content (The Forge & Community)

When you post content through The Forge writing studio or the Community:

• You retain ownership of your original content
• You grant GMN a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content on the platform
• You represent that your content does not infringe any third-party rights
• We may remove content that violates our Community Guidelines

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Upload malicious software or attempt to exploit the Service
• Scrape, bot, or automate access to the Service without permission
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Circumvent any access restrictions or security measures

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GMN and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
