Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of LoreBurst, a serialized fiction, narrated-audio, and editorial story platform operated by Grant Corporation. By using loreburst.com or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 to use LoreBurst. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review these Terms with you. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity performed through your account.

2. Free and Premium access

LoreBurst may make selected content, including the first three episodes of a series, available without a paid subscription. Premium provides access to the complete subscriber library and available narration while the subscription remains active. Catalog size, features, and individual titles may change as the library evolves.

3. Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation

• Subscription payments are processed by Stripe.
• Monthly subscriptions renew each month; annual subscriptions renew each year.
• Applicable taxes may be added during checkout.
• You may cancel through the LoreBurst account center or Stripe billing portal before the next renewal.
• Cancellation stops future renewals. Premium access normally continues through the end of the already-paid billing period.

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

4. Content and intellectual property

LoreBurst stories, episodes, narration, artwork, site design, and original editorial material are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. A subscription grants personal, non-transferable access. It does not grant the right to reproduce, redistribute, sell, scrape, train models on, publicly perform, or create derivative products from LoreBurst content without written permission.

5. iRunReality and informational content

iRunReality covers historical mysteries, reported events, claims, and unresolved questions. It is provided for general information and storytelling, not as legal, medical, financial, or investigative advice. Where facts are disputed, LoreBurst aims to distinguish documented information from claims and speculation, but no article should be treated as a substitute for primary records or professional guidance.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Service, bypass access controls, share paid access at scale, attempt unauthorized entry, upload malicious code, disrupt service, impersonate another person, violate applicable law, or use automated systems to extract substantial portions of the catalog without written permission.

7. Availability and third-party services

LoreBurst relies on third-party services such as Stripe, email providers, hosting infrastructure, analytics, and external media platforms. We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

8. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, content rights, payment integrity, or platform security, or when these Terms are materially violated. You may stop using LoreBurst at any time; canceling a subscription is required to stop recurring billing.

9. Disclaimer and limitation

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. Grant Corporation disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. Material changes will be posted here and may also be communicated to account holders. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
