LoreBurst subscriptions are designed to be easy to stop. This Policy explains renewal, cancellation, refund review, and how to get help with a charge.
Automatic renewal
Monthly Premium renews monthly at $6.99. Annual Premium renews annually at $49.99. Applicable taxes may be added. Current pricing is shown before you enter Stripe checkout.
Refund review
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable after Premium access begins. We review requests involving duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, prolonged account-access failures, unauthorized charges, or circumstances where applicable law requires a refund.
No partial-period refunds
Canceling does not ordinarily produce a prorated refund for unused days in the current monthly or annual period. Access continues until that paid period ends unless a refund or account remedy requires otherwise.
Request billing help
Contact us with the LoreBurst account email, charge date, plan, and the last four digits of the payment method when available. Never send a complete card number, security code, or password. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method; bank posting time varies.
